Workflow template validation checklist before publishing
Every template should record version, credentials, test inputs, failure handling, and manual review points.

Record version and credentials first
Template pages should state supported platform versions, required credentials, and which nodes users must replace.
Keep dry-run test notes
Run at least three sample inputs through the main path and record how invalid inputs are handled.
Never put secrets in templates
API keys, customer data, store IDs, cookies, and personal information must not appear in JSON files or screenshots.
